Human Rights Policy

GG Refinery Ltd. is committed to respecting and promoting human rights throughout our business operations. We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and other applicable international human rights instruments.

Our Principles

We are committed to respecting human rights throughout our business operations and supply chain, and to continuously improving our human rights performance through:

  • Non-discrimination: We will not tolerate discrimination based on race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, disability, age, or other status.
  • Forced labour: We will not tolerate any form of forced labour, including debt bondage, trafficking, or other forms of coercion.
  • Child labour: We will not employ or engage in any form of child labour, as defined by applicable laws and regulations.
  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining: We respect the right of employees to freely associate, join or not join labour unions, and to engage in collective bargaining in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Working hours and wages: We ensure that our employees work reasonable hours and receive wages and benefits that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Health and safety: We provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and contractors.
  • Supply chain responsibility: We require our suppliers to respect human rights in their operations, and we advise them to improve their human rights practices where necessary.
